About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Britvex client portal, operated by Britvex Advisory Ltd (company number 16133503). The services we provide to you, our fees and our responsibilities are set out in your engagement letter. If anything here conflicts with your engagement letter, the engagement letter applies.
Your account
- Keep your password private and switch on two-step verification. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- Give us accurate, complete information and documents, and tell us promptly about changes.
- Only upload documents you are entitled to share.
Approvals and deadlines
When you approve a return or other document in the portal, you confirm it is complete and correct to the best of your knowledge, and authorise us to submit it. We cannot meet a deadline if we do not receive your information or approval in time.
Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed when you choose your services. Monthly fees are invoiced in advance. Invoices are due by the date shown. We may pause work while invoices are overdue.
Company formation
Formation fees include the Companies House fee and are payable before we submit your application. If Companies House rejects an application for reasons outside our control, we will help you correct it. Refunds are at our discretion once an application has been submitted.
Virtual office
If you use our address, our virtual office terms apply. They are shown when you order and form part of your engagement letter.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access to keep it secure.
Ending
You can end our engagement as set out in your engagement letter. We may close portal accounts that break these terms. After an engagement ends, you can download your documents for 30 days.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
